1.As an audience of this Webcast, it is necessary for you to provide the Company with your Personal Data (which include your name, email address and company name). If your Personal Data is incomplete or incorrect, the Company may not be able to stream or continue to stream the Webcast to you.

2.The Company shall keep your Personal Data confidential at all times. The Company’s policies and practices with respect to the collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, security and access of Personal Data will be in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and are as set out in this PICS.

3.You agree that all the Personal Data provided by you to the Company may be used and retained by the Company for the following purposes and for other purposes as may be agreed between you and the

Company or required by law from time to time:

        a. providing/streaming the Webcast;

        b. providing you with regular communications from the Company with details of other the Webcasts to be broadcasted by the Company;

        c. prevention or detection of crime;

        d. disclosure as required by law;

        e. aggregated behavioral analysis.

4.The Company may disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) to the Company’s agents or contractors under a duty of confidentiality to the Company who provide administrative, data processing, research and marketing, distribution, telecommunications, professional or other similar services to the Company and to any of the Company’s actual or proposed assignees or transferees of the Company’s rights with respect to you in connection with a merger, sale or transfer(whether of assets or shares), to use, hold, process or retain such Personal Data for the purposes mentioned in paragraphs 3 on the Company’s behalf.

5.You have the right to:

        a. check whether the Company hold any of your Personal Data;

        b. access your Personal Data held by the Company;

        c. require the Company to correct any Personal Data which is inaccurate;  

        d. ascertain the Company’s policies and practices (from time to time) in relation to Personal Data and the types of Personal Data held by the Company.  

        e. opt out from receiving direct marketing materials from the Company at any time.
